SYRINGE FILTERS

MS® syringe filters are simply quality filters, well packaged, and offered at a fair and competitive price. Typical applications are clarification, sterile filtration, sample preparation, sterile venting and medical applications. The syringe filters are available in many different pore sizes and with several hydrophilic or hydrophobic membrane materials.  ISO9000 certified manufacturing is carried out to the highest standards, in certified clean room conditions, using the latest manufacturing technology to ensure a high quality, consistent product. All the syringe filters are certified by HPLC Extractable Test.

MEMBRANE  FILTERS

Micro-filtration is one kind of physical filtration process where a contaminated fluid is passed through a special pore size membrane to separate micro-organisms and suspended particles from process liquid or gas. The typical pore size used for micro-filtration ranges from about 0.1 to 10um.

Membrane Solutions offers full membrane filter for various solvents or liquid or gas, including PES , MCE, Nylon, PVDF , PTFE , PP , CA, Nylon Mesh and PC, the disc diameter is from 13mm to 293mm, which are manufactured in ISO 9001 certified facility. Most membranes can be sterilized if needed.

DISPOSABLE VACUUM FILTRATION

Vacufil disposable Vacuum Filtration units are very useful in large volume samples separation and purification for tissue culture media, biological fluids and fixation buffers. The unit includes membrane filter, graduated funnel of clear polystyrene with polyethylene neck adapter and polystyrene reservoir bottle with a separate sterile polyethylene cap. VacufilTM Disposable system unit individually packaged and sterilized. Five membranes are available to meet all of your filtration needs: PES, MCE, CA, Nylon and hydrophilic PVDF. Filters color coded by membrane type.
